Olaplex sought to re-engage with salons to relaunch their product internationally, starting with the UK. They needed a comprehensive strategy to reconnect with their professional audience and reposition Olaplex as a must-have pro salon brand.
The Solution
We are in the process of recreating in-salon materials, carefully designed around the customer journey within a salon and highlighting vital touchpoints to maximise engagement. Collaborating closely with Olaplex’s global team and educators, we are developing a refreshed positioning strategy that reinforces the brand’s professional identity.
As part of this approach, we are designing a bespoke in-salon programme to empower salons and stylists with the tools and training needed to integrate Olaplex seamlessly into their services. This innovative programme is set to roll out globally in 2025, starting with the UK as the flagship market.
