We’re hiring!
We’re fortunate to be going through an exciting period of growth due to the expansion of existing client business and several new wins and we are now looking for a Marketing and Business Development Executive to join our team.
You will be working with us across clients in a range of sectors, but at least 50% of your time will be spent on a technology services client.
Responsibilities include:
– communicating with target audiences and building and developing customer relationships
– helping with marketing plans and campaigns
– supporting the team in delivering agreed activities
– working closely with in-house or external creative agencies to design marketing materials such as brochures and adverts
– writing and proofreading marketing copy for both internal and external comms campaigns
– producing creative content, including videos and blog posts
– helping to run social media channels (e.g. Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn) to enhance audience engagement
– maintaining and updating client customer databases weekly
– implementing Marcoms plans for our clients, primarily weekly communication mail outs and tracking
Skills
We’re looking for someone with:
– good communication and interpersonal skills
– proof-reading and copywriting skills
– creativity and an eye for design
– excellent attention to detail
– analytical and numeracy skills to evaluate data
– drive and self-motivation, but must enjoy being part of a team
– proficiency in MS office (word, excel and powerpoint)
– strong understanding of social media primarily LinkedIn
– knowledge of Sales Navigator an advantage, but not essential
– a good sense of humour!
Working hours and contract
2-3 days a week, with at least one day in the office, subject to government guidance.
We are based in Chobham near Woking.
There is flexibility around agreed hours and days.
Initial six-month contract, with the ability to extend.

Degree level – ideally in the below or a similar field.

Work experience in the marketing industry or as part of an in-house marketing/business development team is preferable, but not essential. We are a small team and the right personality fit is as important as the skills on the list above.
